Gronn is an enterprise founded in October 2015, based on sustainability & a triple bottom line approach (People, Planet, Prosperity) to the problem of solid waste management in Guatemala. Gronn means green in Norwegian and is based on the following: One person's trash is another's treasure. We revalue discarded glass bottles and reuse them to manufacture high-quality handmade products, which are marketed in the country. We are developing a model that can be replicated to solve this problem in other regions of Guatemala and Central America. Always working on three axes of impact.
