In our efforts to bring you the most potent and magical cacao, we use the whole bean, without separating or conching. We also do not sort the beans for the “perfect size or shape,” understanding that the flawed is beautiful, and that beauty brings deeper understanding.
(it is natural to for some separation to occur- So~ We suggest you passionately whisk or blend (carefully) to enhance the subtle flavors.)
To Prepare: Add 2 generous tablespoons of Cacao Junajpu for each 8oz cup of boiled water or milk. (Also fantastic with coconut water, nut milks, soy milk or mixed with coffee. Have fun experimenting!!!)
Make an amazing syrup for use in any cold drinks, yogurt, smoothies, deserts or cocktails: In a saucepan, gently Melt together a 1 to 1 Ratio of Cacao Junajpu and Water, then store in the refrigerator.
